Dear Jari,

I am pretty sure that this is the male of Achalcus flavicollis as dr Grichanov suggested. It comes close to A. vaillanti, but the latter has the antennae largely pale and the abdomen less dark. But the most convincing difference are the long cerci in A. flavicollis, that are not so easily detected in the picture (but more easily examined by you on the specimen, I hope).
