Can be identified to species level?

In the middle of a watercourse, small and rapid river with many stones.
Two days ago. Anz?nigo, Huesca, NE Spain at 600 meters.

This is H. ocelligera, given the whitish rim at hind margin of wing and the general black and grey colouration. To be expected in north spain.
