what is the difference between Dischitus and SYstoechus? I suppose that the former is very whitish with a milky appearance?? And with a longer proboscis. Is it right?

Dischitus- head broader, laterotergite bare, r-m well beyond m-cu

Systoechus- head nattower than thorax, laterotergite haired, r-m and m-cu at same level.

biro and senex are pale grey species, the common Systoechus is a yellow fly (usually-they can fade)
