I am sorry to say that plans to re-publish the Dipterist's Handbook have had to be revised, so that it will not be ready until 2010. All of the chapters are being re-written, some by new authors - and there will be plenty of new information in it. I will let you know how it is progressing, and will ensure that its publication will be announced on Diptera.info!
