Well, I'm not convinced!
This has other possibilities, and to me the best one is Syrphus nitidifrons male!
Characteristics: mouth edge black, rest of face bright yellow, frons shiny black, tibia 3 mainly black, femur 1 with long black hairs (just visible), tergites (presumably) with spots.
So to me it's a male S. nitidifrons! B)

Yep, they often have a small facial stripe from mouth edge to facial knob, look at this:

Here you see a little more face (same specismen as before). So I take it for sure, that this is P. nitidifrons. I have only pictures of it. (P.nitidifrons is not on the Swiss list of 2007.-> wrong. Cor: Syrphus nitidifrons is on the list. Cor. 24.05.2008, sorry)

Because of your second picture I'm quite convinced the first specimen is indeed a male Syrphus nitidifrons. If it wasn't on the Swiss list until now, you've just added it! :D:D
Your second picture is more likely to be parasyrphus annulatus.
