HI Tony,
I see: one central cheek bristle, three pairs of dorsocentral bristles, one ventropapical seta on each tibia, ?two pairs of fronto-orbitals or 3 on the right side and two on the left only.
Really two pairs of prosternal bristles are present ?.

This female look like a representative of Tephrochlamys than a Heleomyza species :o
