Hi
I caught this one with my In?s in last Friday at the final afternoon, around 7 pm. The fly was on the ground. I have some ideas about this one, but I prefer, for now, to hear your opinions. :)
EDIT: Title changed from "Ne fly..." to "Phaeomyiidae - Pelidnoptera nigripennis"
