The above head shot is a crop from a larger image. The full-frame image is here. The original is 4,288 pixels wide; this means that it would make a print 18" wide (@240ppi resolution). So, a similar photo of the posterior end should allow one to get a good print, after stitching) that is 1 meter wide. Trouble is it would be difficult to display on a computer monitor:p
