What we can see for sure? OK: postalar seta absent; 4 post dc; t2 with 1 ad; t3 with 1 strong pd near base.
So, more probably it is H. setiventris Ringdahl, 1924 than H. reversio, although "t2 with 1 ad" more typical for H. reversio.
