Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Psychidae case -> Sterrhopterix fusca (possibly)

Found on a dry meadow in Lower Austria, early September.
Initially wasn't sure whether this wasn't just a catkin or other plant material in an upright position, but then it started moving :-)

Any idea?
