Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Bellin (east of Kiel), way between a mixed forest (Douglasie, Oaks, Beeches) and a pasture, where is a small pond nearby, at a leaf of Rubus sp., 26th of May 2022, (Photos: kuv).
I've never seen such insect, and I haven't found it under addresses of the WWW. Please help to get the or more ID.
