Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Rainieria calceata? - yes

Hello,
in the end of May I found this fly on dead wood at a forest edge in Germany, Saxony. Is the fly a Rainieria calceata and is it a male or female specimen?

Hi Marion, I think Rainieria calceata is correct and I guess, it's a male.
