Early May, Vienna.

Fore tarsi are dark and the black abdominal stripe widens towards the end of T5

ok, in Tschorsnig's key it says 'fore tarsus yellow' - I read this as all the tarsi would be yellow, but apparently it should read: fore metatarsus?

When I checked Steven Falk's Flickr Album, the specimen he shows an magnicornis also has the fore metatarus more orange then the other tarsal segments:

First of all, that is a male. Never compare femalex with males.
Secondly, i disagree. Metatars 1 is dark, only metatars 2 is orange.
