ID please: 24-March-2024 in house, Rheinbach near Bonn, 210m above sea level, with garden next to huge forest. About 4mm. Thank you for your help, Jörg

Sorry, Paul. If the fore tarsomere 4 is white, then it is
Sciapus pallens (Wiedemann, 1830). It seems that the species was not known from Germany. If the fore tarsomere 4 is not white, then it is
Sciapus sp.
