Hello,

at first I thought, it was the same small (2-3 mm) Chloropid as yesterday at our housewall near my fruit baits (northwest Germany), but it is apparently a different one. Drosophilidae?

The photos seem to show bare arista; only the second picture, when enlarged, shows that the arista is branched but taken from an odd angle. The fly is a male of Drosophila obscura - see the "sex combs" on fore tarsi.
