Hi,
This is an Ephydrid from the area around Františkovy Lázně (Czechia), seen on 10th March, 2013. The wing venation recalls Parydra species, but the wings are hardly darkened, so only P. coarctata comes in my mind. However, I have absolutely no overview of all the species, so I'd better keep my mouth shut and let the experts speak ;)!
