Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tephrochlamys flavipes

This Brachycera was sitting just outside my front door beginning of November this year. Location outside Stockholm Sweden.
Wings are around 5 mm long and they are notable longer than the body length.
Would be good if some one could tell what genus (or even species) this is

I think it's a Tephrochlamys flavipes or rufiventris (Heleomyzidae)
