Photographed very recently from Zhejiang China. Small, about 2mm or 3mm. It looks like a Bradysia based on its wing venation. Is it correct? By the way, what could the transparent bead-like stuff (as arrow marked) possibly be? Thanks!

Some insects will lay eggs or release spermatophores as they die.
