Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Syrphidae - could this be Tropidia scita ?

Hello, I took a picture of this fly today with thickend hind femora. Could this be a Tropidia scrita ? What sex? Location south of Mannheim, Southwestern Germany, not far from the Rhine. Many thanks in advance for your help.
