Thread subject: Diptera.info :: water larva : Ceratopogonidae ?

Hello,

I'm back to get some advice.

The first link above related to the article about Ceratopogonidae tells :

These are most likely Dasyhelea genus



Is it possible to assume this identification from those pictures including the video ? I don't recall that, in this place, occur biting midges, ... may be floricultural behaviors instead of blood drinking are more probable .. ??
