Found yesterday. It was walking on my clothes during a boot trip from Hompelvoet, Gerevelingen.
5 mm.

I think it is a Trinoton sp., a genus of Amblycera with relatively large body and small wing-like structures on pronotum (I think it can be seen especially on the lower picture). Parasites of Anseriformes, 7 species in Europe according to fauna-e.org
