Thread subject: Diptera.info :: male of Chrysotoxum festivum? => confirmed

Hi together,

I found this hoverfly on June 24th in a meadow in Germany, Southern Black Forest. I estimate the size at 12 to 13 mm. Is that Chrysotoxum festivum?
