Ukraine, Rivne region, on July 18.
The eyes are like hers, but the legs look too red, so I'm not sure at all, maybe I'm wrong even with the family ...

Tribe Dexiini, I think. The two European species of tribe Megaprosopini have the bend in M farther from the wing margin, with a long appendix.
