Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Brachypterous Chloropid(?)

This tiny brachypterous fly was caught in grassland near Amesbury, England in July 2021.
I thought it would be an easy one to figure out as it looks so distinctive but I am not even sure if I am looking at the correct family.
Is anyone able to help?
