Chironomid? Is it possible to say more?

Multiple species.

The midges with long front legs belong to tribe Chironomini. I was thinking of Endochironomus tendens for the ones with tan thorax, green abdomen, and white legs (based on the resemblence to the American E. subtendens). No way to know for sure. The color combination is not rare.

The smaller ones with wings held at an angle look like Tanypodinae.

Both groups fly during the warm months.
