is it possible to ID?

found in Germany, Northrhine-Westfalia, Herten, Halde Hoheward, altitude 75m, 15. 7. 2022

Not enough to see to be sure, but I guess it could be a Vibrissina turrita:

I’d say Exorista rustica, the bend in vein M is not Blondeliini…

Hi Theo, thanks once more for your appeal - I wasn't sure and I've overlooked the slightly brownish face and base of tergite 5 also pointing to Exorista rustica.
