Really, from Saarland ?
Very nice.

It is Physocephala chrysorrhoea or similar.
Wait for Jens-Hermann formthe final verdict.

Hi Theo,

Yes, I found this fly in my garden today. A beautiful animal and only moderately timid.
Let's wait for the answer from Jens-Hermann.

Greetings, Volker
