Hi,
I took a picture of a large fly on leaf just below a birch tree in our garden.
My guess is that it could be a female of
Trixa conspersa. Can that be confirmed or excluded from the attached image?
Germany, Southern Bavaria, Munich (-West), 05.08.2022, app. 10-12 mm
