Urophora (jaceana/mauritanica?), length 3-4 mm, 09.07.2022, Germany > Northrhine-Westphalia>Schwelm, photographed on knapweed, meadow with various flowering perennials

With femora not darkened and sitting on knapweed it should be Urophora jaceana.

Yep. Apical crossband and costal section also short. No other options.
