Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Fly ID? (Herefordshire, UK)

Hi All

I found this fly on some umbellifers though it didn't hang around for long.
The habitat: ancient estate, sheep fields and lakeside.

The one thing that stood out was it had a spotty ass, sorry.

Could someone please ID this for me?
