Hi All
I managed to get one phpto of this fly before is flew off.
It was large, as large as I have seen a fly in the UK.
From digging about it seems to be one of the flesh flies.
Is there anyway of IDing this?

Hi,
Sarcophaga sp. (Sarcophagidae). There are dozens of similar looking species. Little chance to identify it from a photo.
