Mechernich-Satzvey (Germany), 1 May 2022. This copula was found in a “wild” corner of our garden bordering the lawn on the leaves of a columbine plant. Other plants in the vicinity are coltsfoot, marguerites (both just emerging) and red clover as well as various grasses. To me Tephritis neesii seems to come close. I’d be grateful if you could check the ID.
