March 16. Indiana, USA.

C extends slightly beyond R4+5, not sure if it is enough for Anatella. If not, I think it would be Exechia.

Tip of the wing is slightly darkened, as well as along CuA2.

Genitalia looks somewhat like what is figured as Anatella incisurata (Plate 20, Fig 9) in Fisher's 1937 thesis - "A Comparative Study of the male terminalia of the Mycetophilidae of Nearctic America"
