Hi, I'm quite sure it's a Calliphora and: orange face, black basicosta and anterior spiracle makes me think of C. uralensis. Some vicina could have a darker basicosta/spiracle - a dorsal image of the abdomen could help.

I don’t think this is vicina, but difficult to give a positive ID.
