Hello,
I found the fly (about 9 mm) on 27 June 2021 in northeast of Bavaria/ Germany.
Is it Sciomyzidae sp.?

Hi Thomas, hind femora with a pair of strong dorsal bristles: probably a female Tetanocera arrogans.
