Here is a fly observed around Bourg-en-Bresse in eastern France, just near a lake. Based on wing nervation, I would go into the Muscidae family but I am not sure. Is it correct ? Any possibility to go further in the identification ?

I suppose Anthomyiid. For example Eutrichota (schineri).
