I think this is an ultradistinctive (for a Ceratopogonidae) mid-sized (for a Ceratopogonidae) female Ceratopogonid midge? Can somone ID it further?

Sciaroidea. I think I see tibial spurs, so likely Sciaridae.

Thanks! Yes, the spurs are there. Could be Sciaridae then. In this case it is even more distinctive. The wing venation is not clear unfortunately.
