Anthomyiidae, I think? Can this be confirmed and is it possible to say more?

Probably a Fannia sp (Fanniidae).

It appears to be infested with Acari mites.
You can see them in the 3rd image as orange things on the right of the thorax and at the front of the abdomen. One mite appears to have dropped off (visible in 2nd and 3rd images).
