I think this is an Eustalomyia female, although the general thoracical pattern looks a bit odd with not having a single fused central stripe.
I am off?

If so, this must be one of the festiva/histro pairs. As I see no obvious hariy arista, I think this must be histrio. Unfortunately on none of the photos are the av bristles on hind tibia visible to count.
