Could this be Limonia nubeculosa, or are there other similar species that it might be instead? Seen in my kitchen in Sussex, UK on 07/06/2021.

Hi Dylan, there are similar species but this is nubeculosa - the 3 dark bands on the femora make it. See the Catalogue of the Craneflies of the World
