For a while I thought I made a photo of an Empidioid with an oversized genitalia. Before I realized that this fly was carrying a Pseudoscorpion.

Maybe Elaphropeza? Looked almost as an alien with the purple head and orange body.

Indeed, Leptopeza flavipes, female. The wing venation , coloration and chaetotaxy fits perfectly.
