Hi,
I have photographed this fly on a forest pond. Loc. 20km West of Paris. Size about 6-7mm.
Seems it was ffeding upon springtails.
Any idea on its identity?

Subfamily Dolichopodinae (all tibiae with bristles, preapical bristles on hind femora, arista nearly basal).
