Wiedemannia or Clinocera/Trichoclinocera? Not sure if the anal segment (see photo) has to be considered ending in a single median process with apex divided in a pair of lobes, or if ending in a pair of median processes.
(as asked by the identification key).
The photo is not mine, it's taken from the internet, but it is exactly what I find in my freshwater samples
