Hello,
last year (15.06.2020) I visited the only Ulmus laevis I know in my district and was suddenly surrounded by thousands of jumping lice ...?
Southern Germany, 430 m

Got them into nose and hair, and managed to take a few bad pictures. Are these Psylloidea ?

I see - and I learned : endemic species on this tree. I didn't know that.
Good to know, many thanks.
