Location -Belarus.
Host is unknown, but I can clarify
I have two of them, but I suppose that this is one species, female and male.

Based on the shape of the head I would say you are right. Unfortunately, Theodor (1967) does not illustrate the other characters. Can you submit some images for the Gallery?
