The common groups with plumose arista are
Hylemya and
Hydrophoria+
Zaphne. (And
Eustalomyia which looks different, and maybe a
Leucophora which also looks different.)

Hylemya and
Hydrophoria are very common here. But this one looked different to me, and was considerably smaller.
