I have no idea what you have. Looks like Onesia rather than Bellardia to me.

Hello John,

I agree with you but i want to analyze it a bit more when i am feeling better.
I have Bronchitis and i am feeling very crappy today. I am better than yesterday but i am not mentally able to judge diptera today. My head is too cloudy.

As far as is known we have no Onesia and two Bellardia, vulgaris and bayeri introduced from Europe.

It hass 1 + 2 IA, so it should be Bellardia.
The vertex is very narrow, though.
