Hi,
I have no idea about genus or even family.
Size is between 5-10mm.
Any help appreciated.
Found this specimen in the dunes of the Belgian coast.
Thanks

With closed cell r5 and strong parafacial bristles, probably family Tachinidae tribe Voriini sensu lato.

I think it belongs to Tachinidae.

sorry, John. I didn't know that you had posted.
I spent too much time trying to find a genus.
Ramonda or Kirbya?

Thanks both of you!
How can I get this to genus or species level?
Other pictures needed?
Thanks?
