Seen on the water surface of shallow pond in center of the Netherlands
It keys out as male Setacera breviventris if I am right
Any help appreciated to get the correct species naam.

This species is not yet listed on the diptera species list of the Netherlands.

No, I do not. But I have four other species not recorded from the Netherlands yet and I assume this is not your only one either. ;)
