Hello,

or maybe even a small Sarcophagidae? About 5 mm, at night at light in garden (northwest Germany).

My guess is Phyto (Rhinophoridae)

Thanks a lot! According to "Entomofauna germanica" Phyto melanocephala is the only Phyto species in Germany, but fauna-eur.org also lists P. angustifrons.

Angustifrons from Germany would surprise me.
In any case, this frons is not angusti, no doubt it is melanocephala.
